PC Panel Reinforcing (top) used in panels over 25 sq.ft. in area, is embedded horizontally in the mortar joints between every other course. Panel Reinforcing is formed of two parallel wires, either 1 3/4" on center (for use with VISTABAIK Units) or 2 inches on center (for use with REGULAR SERIES Glass Block), with butt welded crosswires at regular intervals; 4" and 10" lengths are available. PC Panel Anchors (middle) are used to the PC GlassBlock panels into the surrounding framework when channels are not appropriate. Formed from 20 gauge perforated then galvanized steel strip, panel anchors are available in 1 3/4" widths x 24" lengths. PC Expansion Strips (bottom) made of white polyethylene, are inserted at the head and jambs. The strips replace mortar at these points to panel to expand and contract freely. For metal channel or masonry chase construction. PC Expansion Strips are available 3/4" thick x4" wide x24" long. For panel anchor construction, standard 4" wide strips are easily cut to 3" width, for 3 7/8" REGULAR SERIES block.		KWiK'N EZ Silicone System The mortar-free KWiK'n EZ Silicone System uses rigid, plastic, perimeter channels; flexible plastic spacers; TRADEMATE glass block sealant and a joint finishing tool for fast, clean installation. Recommended for interior panels up to 85 sq.ft. or exterior panels up to 28 sq.ft. This product was designed and tested exclusively for use with Pittsburgh Corning glass block. Dimension characteristics and product composition of other glass blocks may prove incompatible with the KWiK'N EZ Silicone System of installation. When used in a water exposed application and particularly shower applications, special care should be taken in applying and smoothing out the silicone to assure a complete seal against water penetration.
